  •  Sirloin Roast– 3-4 lbs
  •  Sirloin Tip Roasts – 3-4 lbs
  • Prime Rib Roast – 3-4 lbs
  • Chuck Roast – 3-4 lbs
  •  Cross Rib Roast – 3-4 lbs
  • Brisket – Roast 3-4 lbs
  •  Ground Beef – 1 lb packages
  • Stew Beef – 1 lb packages
  • Soup Bones – Bagged
  • Short Ribs – Square cut
  • Waste bones and fat – Optional
  •  Offals – Liver, heart, kidney, tongue, and tail – Optional

SAUSAGE ORDER (Optional):

 

The Family Butcher’s offers a variety of sausages made from our beef that are available for order
as well. There are 25lb batch minimums on all types of sausage, except beef sausage
(which is a 10lb minimum). When ordering, you may opt to add pork to any of the items
below. Please note that sausage can take extra time and may not be available for pick
up the same day that the rest of your beef is. Please contact The family butcher directly for
more information. Payments for sausage orders are payable to The Family Butcher directly.
